The rate of Americans moving for work has fallen to a record low of 1.6% in Q1 of this year, according to outplacement firm Challenger, Gray & Christmas. This trend is attributed to a decline in the dynamism of the U.S. economy and factors such as home prices and a surging real-estate market.
