The Haskell Optimization Handbook aims to provide a centralized resource for developers to learn about optimizing Haskell performance, which is often difficult given the language’s unique features. The project is generously sponsored by IOG and welcomes contributions from any level of experience.

The code is divided into two parts: building and running the Noodl editor, and deployment and hosting of applications. The editor component is licensed under GPL3, while the deployment and hosting component is licensed under Apache 2.0.
